INFORMATION FROM ENGLAND. In connection with the proposed life, boat service for Wellington, Captain Petersen intimated at yesterday’s Meeting of the Chamber of . Commerce, as chairman of the committee of citizens set up to consider the matter, that' he had received a considerable amount, of -information from the Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. W. F.
