RAILWAY FATALITY
PORTER KILLED WHILE SHUNTING. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, October 30. Frederick Marks, a railway porter a married man with two children, while engaged in shunting operations at Sawyers Bay on Saturday afternoon, was knocked down by a truck and run over He was removed to the Dunedin Hosl pital, where both his legs were amputated, hut he died at midnight from shook.
