FLAME AND SMOKE
PHOSPHORUS DISCOVERED Olf THE RIVERINA. Bt Telegrapk— Press Aan. —Copy right SYDNEY, March 11. A plumber, who was inspecting a jammed waterpipe on the steamer Kiverina, discovered a quantity of phosphorus, which caused an outbreak of flame and smoke. Tho detectives are not convinced that the phosphorus was placed with malicious intent.
