FOUR INFORMATIONS DISMISSED PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. NEW PLYMOUTH, March 11. In the' Magistrate’s Court to-day Mr Dailey, D.M., gave reserved decision in the case in which the licensee of the Royal Hotel was charged -in exposing liquor for sale after closing hours. The circumstances were Ahat three men ■were found by the police in the taproom adjoining the bar, which was lighted. The defence alleged that one man was alodger and the others guests, and were taken to the tap-room while another man used the telephone which is in the sitting-room opening off the bar, and the only other door to which led to the backyard. The magistrate commented adversely on the structural arrangements of the hotel, and said he was satisfied as to the bona fides of the men, and- held that the exposure of liquor to them was not an exposure for sale. The informations against the licensee and the three men for being found on the premises after hours were all dismissed.
