MASTERTON SHOW

SOME OF THE FEATURES. It is very evident, from the number of entries received, that the show of tho Masterton A. and P. Association this year will be a record one. The best breeders in tho Dominion will exhibit stock, while several of the exhibitors are new to Masterton. A feature of the show, which is to be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 17th and lSth, 1920, will be the competitions and the displays in horticultural, industrial and poultry sections. The entries in poultry are large, and include some ofi tho best known breeders in the North Island. In tho circumstances, tho poultry portion of the show should be of exceptional interest to the fancier. The general publio will find plenty to keep them interested at the show. The association provides hot water free, and as there are several acres of beautiful bush, tho showgrounds make an ideal place for a picnic. The association has made arrangements with the Government for special trains to run from the showgrounds on People's Bay, while motor vehicles will be provided to convey people from the town to tho showgrounds at a small charge. The annual Tarn fair, for which excellent entries have been received, will be held on February 19th and 20th. Al information concerning the show can be obtained from the secretary (Mr B. H. Williams), Box 40, Masterton.
