B/ Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received July 11, 4 p.m.) LONDON, July 11. Two violent explosions occurred at a powder factory at Hounslow on tho workers resuming after breakfast. One was killed and several injured. Damage was caused to surrounding dwellings. The vibrations were felt at Hampton Court and Twickenham.
