THREE VESSELS SUNK

ALL CREWS LANDED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received July 10, 3.30 p.m.) LONDON. July 9. A submarine sank the steamer Guide, which was bound from Hull to Archangel. The crew were landed at Peterhead. The submarine also torpedoed tho Russian steamer Anna, bound from Archangel to Hull. The crew were also landed at Peterhead. The Anna is reported to be still afloat.

Another submarine sank the Russian. barque Marion Lightbody, which was on a voyage from Valparaiso to England, off Queenstown, where the crew have been landed. [The Guide is a steel screw steamer of 156 tons, and was built by Denny Bros., at Dumbarton in 1891. The Anna is also a steel screw steamer of 2000 tons. She was built at Elsinore in 1891. The barque Marion Lightbody is a four-masted steel barque of 2176 tons, and. was built by D. and W.
