Mr Dalziel has given notice to ask Mr Asquith in the House of Commons on Monday'next whether Lord Haldane’s discourses were made on his authority. Very strong opinions have' been expressed in the lobby at the unseemliness of the quarrel between Lord Haldane and Mr Lloyd George at the present time.
