DRUNKEN SQUABBLE
MAORI STABBED IN THE THROAT, Press Association. TE KOTTI, July 10. A Maori named Kati was at the Police Court to-day charged with assault and causing actual bodily harm to another Maori named Peter Wi. Accused was remanded for a week, the injured man being unable to appear. The affair happened during a drunken squabble, in which accused is said to have used a knife and stabbed Wi twice in the throat. "
