“MUNSEY’S MAGAZINE” APOLOGISES. By ToleETaph— Press Association— Copyrlsbt LONDON, December 18. Tho Grand Duke Boris sued “Miinsey’s Magazine” for libel, contained m an article in tho April number headed “Succession to tho Russian Throne.” in which tho Grand Duke Boris, who was attached to General Kuropatkin’s staff, was accused of gross misconduct during the Japanese war. The case was settled. _ Defendants’ counsel apologised and indemnified the Grand Duke for the amount of his costs.
