VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW. Bjr Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright WASHINGTON, December 18. The Inter-State Commerce Commission has reported that there were nearly three hundred thousand violations of the laws governing the employment of railway servants during the past fiscal year. The Commission attributes the lower efficiency on the United States railways to the" excessive demands on the employees’ time.
