There were three bridesmaids—all her sisters— Misses Ethel, Isa, and Dorothy Whitfield. The two former wore champagne crepe-de-ohine and lace, and black lace hats with apricot-shaded roses. The bride’s bouquet was of white lilies and roses. , The bridesmaids carried deep-tinted freezias, and Miss Dorothy a posy of banksia, roses. Air William Kerr, of Petone, was best man, and Air Arthur Whitfield acted as groomsman.
