SUGGESTED NAVAL AGREEMENT DISCOUNTENANCED. (Received August 2, 0.35 a.m.) VIENNA. August I. The “Neuea Wiener Tagblatt” discountenances tho suggestion made by tho “Pester Lloyd” that an agreement should be sought with Britain covering tffo naval position in tho Mediterranean. and adds that the Austro-Hun-ganan fleet, like the army, is intended solely for .purposes of defence.
