NAVY LEAGUE
AiNNUAL DEMONSTRATION. The annual demonstration of the Wellington branch of tho Navy League is to take place at the Town Hall on Saturday evening next, at which a public welcome will be given to tho now Commander-in-Cliief (Vice-Admiral King-Hall) and tho officers and men of H.M.S. Powerful. Lady King-Hall will present the Navy League prizes for the year. The band from tho flagship will play an overture, mgving pictures of scenes from the Turco-Italian war and other naval films will be given, and items will bo contributed by tho ship's company. A special invitation has been ■ sent to the headmasters of tho league’s school branches.
