DISASTROUS WRECK
ALL HANDS BUT THREE DROWNED. By Telesrapfi— Ptbbb Association—Copvritrhv BERLIN, July 11. The German steamer Elbing , VIII. capsized in the North Sea. All the crew were drowned, with the exception of three men. The Elbing Till, was a steel screw steamer of 622 tons gross register, built at Elbing, Prussia, in 1909, and owned by a company in that town.
