At Bridgeport, Connecticut, thirteen persons. wore killed and forty-two injured through Hie wreck of the colonial express on tho New York, New-h-aven, and Hartford railway. Twenty of the injured will probably die.
News has been received, from Dalles, Oregon, that an express train went over an embankment on the Oregon trunk line, five persons being killed.
