At Caulfield to-day Marvel Loch broke all track records over a mile and a quarter, which she left behind in 2min lUsec. The last nine furlongs were rattled off in Imin 57isec, and the last mile in Irnin 443 sec. The mare had a light weight. At Flomington Emir beat Demas and F.J.A. over twelve furlongs, run in 2min 52sec. Soot Free covered ten furlongs in 2min IGJsec, and Gladsome left twelve furlongs behind in 2miu 42Jsec. Maniaboto beat Thackeray over thirteen furlongs in 3min llseo. Blvo and Jargoon galloped a mile in Imin 48scc, Torah registering a similar performance. Harvest Home ran a mile in Imin SOseo.
