(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) Monday. Counsel received notice tq-day that Mr Justice Edwards had given judgment for tho plaintiffs for the full amount claimed, with costs, in the commission case Williams and Harper v. Mrs C. K. Quin. The claim was for £SO for commission on tho sale of the Pipiriki boarding-house. His Honor held that Mrs Quin had taken the matter out of tho hands of Williams and Harper during the course of negotiations for sale, and that she got equivalent to cash.
