LIMITING THE EIGHT OF PUBLIC MEETINGS.

Prince Hohonloho, President of the Ministry and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has introduced a law in the Prussian Diet limiting the right of public meetings. The German press indignantly declares that the proposed new legislation imperils all free political movement.
