COWARDLY AND INHUMAN MEN.

The Paris newspapers ore full of charges of cowardice and inhumanity against the men in the bazaar at the time of the recent’ terrible fire. The papers declare that the men, in their frantic efforts to escape, slashed with sticks and kicked the ladies. One lady was beaten from the ladder from which she was making her escape, and her fingers were broken with brutal blows.
