A DIVORCE CASE.

The Petitioner Believed to Have Forged a Letter. In tho Supremo Court yesterday morning Mr Justice Edwards delivered judgment in the divorce case Martin v, Martin heard last week, in which Frederick Martin sought to obtain a divorce on the ground of his wife’s alleged misconduct with Win. Ridgeway, of Carterton. His Honor dismissed the petition with costs for respondent X 25, andjfor co-respondent and in giving judgment said he believed the letter which the petitioner relied upon as being a confession from his wife of guilt to be a forgery, but, in any case, the petitioner had condoned the alleged offence by living with his wife for three months after it took place.
