NEW ZEALAND MAIL.
The current week’s issue o£ the New Zealand Mail, published to-day, contains full reports of the elections, not only in Wellington, but throughout the Colony. Short biographies are given o£ the various new members, also tables showing the present position of parties and the detailed result of the local option poll. Altogether this week’s Mail provides a full, interesting and valuable record of a very memorable struggle, and in this direction will be of special value for sending to friends and relations in Australia and in the Old Country. The Mail also contains the first of a series of illustrated supplements, in which appear portraits of the successful candidates for the city and Suburbs, and some Exhibition and other pictures.
