Earl Spencer, Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, is visiting England. The Frenoh wheat harvest is estimated at one hundred and sixteen millions of hectolitres. Prior to embarkation, the Indian troopa ore to be inspected by H.B.H. the Duke of Connaught.
