At the Supreme Court yesterday week, Mr Justice Williams, who is at present in Wellington, made an order in Chambers on the apulicatiou of the provisionel official liquidators—the Hon W. J. M. Larnaoh, Messrs Vigers and Keith Ramsay—for leave to pay a dividend of 10s per share to the shareholders out of moneys standing to the credit of the bank in the Bank of New Zealand at Dunedin. Dunedin, January 15. Now that the application has been granted to pay a dividend of 10s per share to the Colonial Bank shareholders, the provisional liquidators expect to post the dividend warrants to the shareholders this w r eek.
