San Francisco, February 28.

Information has been received from Honolulu to the effect that the Hawaiian Ministry refuse to resign office, and the Queen therefore refuses to name her successor, and will appeal to the Court to expel the Government. Trouble is feared, as the Queen wishes Mr Wilson, a personal friend, to be appointed Premier. Honolulu, March 1. The revolutionists threaten the life of the Queen of Hawaii.
