Waverley, ss, 77 tons, Gibbons, from Patea. Turnbull and Co, agents. Koranui, ss, 301 tons, Oliver, from Greymouth. Passengers—Saloon : Rev Mr and Mrs Jones, Mrs Jones, Miss Free, Little, and Hazelden, Messrs Smith, Collins, and Hunter; 5 steerage. TJ.S.S, Co, agents. SAILED. Thubsday, March 3L. Hurunui, ship, 1012 tons, Bungard, for London. N.Z. Shipping Co, agents. EXPORTS. Per Hurunui, for London—2463 bales wool, 26 bales sheepskins, 31 bales flax, 6 bales tow, 397 casks tallow, 60 sacks peas, 7 dumps wool, 44 pockets wool, variously consigned and to order. The barque Hurunui sailed for London yesterday morning. She cleared the Heads at noon. The TJ.S.S. Co’s Koranui left Greymouth at noon on the 29th ; called at Nelson and Picton, which latter port she left at 3 am yesterday, arriving here at 9 am. She sails for Dunedin to-day. The barque Kentish Lass, from Hobart, was signalled at 2 pm yesterday. The ss Waverley left Patea at noon on the 31st, and arrived here at 4am yesterday. She sailed for Patea, via Nelson, last evening. The ss Stormbird left Wanganui at 1 am yesterday, and arrived here at 12.55 pm. She towed out the ochooner Bannockburn, bound for Dunedin. She returns to-day. LIGHTHOUSE DUES. By Order in Council dated 22nd March, 1887, it has been enacted that on and after the Ist April the light dues will be collected on all coasting vessels at the rate of a farthing per ton.
