London, December 10. Russia is willing to withdraw her objections to the Sobranje, but insists that there shall be a change o£Kegents.

Vienna, December 9
The Bulgarian deputation, which is now on tour to the Uourts of Europe, for the purpose of explaining the position of affairs iu Bulgaria, had an audience with Count Kalnoky to-day. The Premier stated that his recent declarations with regard to the Bulgarian question were the unalterable basis of Austrian policy. He counselled moderation on the part of the Bulgarian people. St. Petersburg-, December 11.
The Official Messenger, in its issue of torda,y, publishes an article stating that the recall of Q-eneral Kauibars and the Russian Agents from Bulgaria was not intended as a severance of the ties which unite Russia and Bulgaria.
Vienna, December 12.
The members of the Bulgarian deputation sent to visit the .European Courts to explain the position of affairs in Bulgaria are still in this city, and have bad an interview with Prince L'obanoff-Rosfcovsky, the Russian Ambassador, who informed the deputation that they would not bo permitted to enter Russia in furtherance of the objects of their mission.
