BURGLARS AT WAHAROA

TOBACCONIST LOSES £3O (0.C.) MATAMATA, Thursday

Burglars stole I'-'iO from the billiard room and tobacconist shop of Mr. James Daleman, at Waharoa, on Tuesday night, entry having been gained by forcing Hie front, door. In addition two watches, three wallets and a quantity of tobacco and cigarettes were stolen from the shop.

An entry was also made into the Waharoa Motors garage, and petrol coupons, a small amount of money and cheques were taken. The theft of petrol coupons and a small amount; of money occurred at the garage of Mr. W. M. Griffiths, Matnmata, on, the same night.
