OPENING PRAYER
ROTORUA BOROUGH COUNCIL (0.C.) ROTORUA, Thursday Future meetings of the .Rotorua Borough Council will bo opened by prayer following the unanimous decision of the council. The times called for a certain attitude, stated the Mayor, Mr. 11. D. Dansey, in making the suggestion, and he thought the action would be favoured. It was customary to open Parliament with prayer, and lie thought it would produce a calmer and more friendly feeling.
