12.5 DEGREES AT RUAKURA (0.0.) HAMILTON, Thursday Another severe frost was experienced in tlio Waikato this morning, 12.5 degrees being recorded at Rtiakura and 9.0 degrees at Hamilton. Although there was bright sunshine to-day, the atmosphere was exceedingly cold. LOW GISBORNE RECORDING BITTERLY COLD WEATHER (0.C.) GISBORNE, Thursday A frost of 11.3 degrees, the heaviest this year, was recorded in Gishorne this morning, liittorly cold winds blew all clay yesterday and the maximum temperature never reached 50 degrees. Conditions were keen again to-day, hut the atmosphere was tempered somewhat by continuous bright sunshine.
