Referring to a cablegram concerning the possibiliii- of extending the existing trade agreement between Canada ana New Zealand for the duration of the war, the acting-Prime Minister, the Hon. \Y Nash, said the New Zenlaud Government would he quite prepared to consider the' proposal. "The agreement expires in September in the normal way," said Mr. Nash. "It is likelv that we would extend it, and if there is a suggestion that it- be carried on until the end of the war we shall be glad to consider it at once."
