CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL MARIST AND TAKAPUNA EDEN PARK ATTRACTION ~ The Auckland senior Rugby championship will be concluded to-day, when the two leading teams, Mnrist and Takapuna, will meet in the principal game at Eden Park. Marist won the championship last year, and its chances of repeating its success will be favoured by a large number of enthusiasts, but it can expect strong opposition from Tnkapuna, which headed the second division at the end of the first round. The curtnin-raiser wiil he provided by Training College and Ponsonby and, as both (earns favour open tactics, a spectacular exhibition is anticipated. Suburbs will play Technical at Avondale, Grafton and University will try conclusions at the Show Grounds, while. North Shore- will meet Otahuhu at Sturges Park.
