Reimers and Miss Una Reimers, of Remuera, are the guests of Mrs. Tony Wilder, at Springbush, Hawke's Bay. The Misses Mary and Nell Ormond, of Herne Bay, will leave to-day by the Wanganella on a five weeks' holiday visit to Australia. Airs. W. ,W. Aliss Norah Copsey, of Auckland, will leave England shortly for Quebec and Alontreal, and then will go by easy stages across the United States to San Francisco to join the Monterey on December 6, wrote our London correspondent on October 20. " Miss Aliriam Alakgill, of Auckland, has booked her return passage to New Zealand by the Esperance Bay, leaving Southampton on November 2, wrote our London correspondent on October 27. She will connect at Sydney with the Awatea and land in Auckland on December 19. Aliss Barbara Alakgill will remain in London for another year at least, continuing her corrective-speech therapy studies. Their brother, Mr. James Alakgill, is now living at Newcastlc-on-Tyne. England's tallest member of Parliament, Air. Alan T. Lennox-Boyd, Parliamentary Secretary to the Alnnster of Labour, of Henlow Grange, Henlow, Bedfordshire, is to marry Lady Patricia Guinness, daughter of the Earl and Countess of Iveagh. Air. Lennox-Boyd is 6ft. 7in. in height. The Countess of Iveagh was before her marriage, Lady' Gwendolen Onslow. Slfe was in New Zealand when her father was Governor, wrote our London correspondent on October 30.
