THAMES - COROMANDEL ROAD The main highway between Thames and Coromandel is in a dangerous condition, and extreme caution is required by drivers, states a report by the Automobile Association (Auckland). The Public Works Department advises that repairs are being put in hand immediately, but in the meantime motorists are warned strictly to observe any notices erected for their guidance.
