"DAFFODIL AT HOME" :& ST. MARK'S PARISH GUILD 3 An excellent display of blooms and large entries were features of the __ "Daffodil At Home" and spring flowery show- held by St. Mark's Parish Guild., in the church hall yesterday afternoon.:: There was a fine selection of flowers andgood competition was shown in the vari--011s classes. The Mitchelson Challenge Cup for 12 varieties of daffodils was won by Mr." Frank Penn, and the Misses Bull*." Memorial Challenge Cup was awarded to Mrs. E. W. Armstrong for the* best collection of six varieties of springflowers in the cut flower section. The awards were:— Decorative Section.—Table decoration, open: Mrs. Morley Bell, 1 and 2. Novice class: Miss,. M. Hemphill, 1. Daffodils only: Miss R. Gough. 1; Mrs. Morle.v Bell, 2. Decorated bowl, daffodils only: Miss Z. Dixon, 1; Mrs. F. Herbert, 2. Large decorated bowl, mixed flowers: Miss E. Court. 1; Miss M, Spicer. 2." Small decorated bowl, mixed flowers: Mrs.. C. E. Harden, 1 and 2. Low bowl: Mrs. F. Herbert, 1; Mrs. Terry. 2. Vase of mixed, flowers: Mrs. C. E. Harden. 1; Miss Guason. 2. Posy: Mrs. Sraee, 1; Mrs. F. Herbert. 2.
