Palmer, formerly Tn-spector-Gencral of Hospitals and Prison* in Assam, who is to retire shortly from the Indian Army Medical Service, arrived from Sydney by the _ Awatea yesterday on a short visit to Isowland. He was accompanied by Mrs Palmer.
