MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS
The Hon. P. C. Webb, Minister of Mines and acting-Minister of Labour, will leave Wellington for Auckland by the limited express tonight. The Hon. R. Semple, Minister of Public Works, left Wellington for Blenheim on . official business by aeroplane yesterday afternoon. Mr. Semple., who will inspect the proposed irrigation scheme iif the Marlborough district this morning, will return to Wellington by aeroplane to-morrow.
