POULTRY SHOW

NORTH ISLAND TITLES

The Auckland Poultry, Pigeon and Cage Bird Club has received advice from tho North Island Association that' the "all championship" show will be held at the club's winter exhibition on July 14 and 15. Special certificates and "all championship" award cards will be awarded in almost all tho classes for poultry, ducks, bantams, * game pigeons, cage birds and canaries. In addition tho usual North Island championships have been allocated to the following: Wvandottes, silver, utility and standard; Old English game bantam; Yorkshire canary, colour fed; white budgerigar. The schedule has been revised by the club, which has adopted many improvements, particularly in the cage bird section, where a much wider classification has been provided. A large number of special awards together with 24 trophies will be open for competition. The Auckland Game Fowl Club intends to hold its annual show in conjunction with the Auckland poultry exhibition and its members will compete for special trophies.
