ISSUE OF REGULATIONS [nv TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday Under the Native Housing Regulations, which wore issued to-day, power is given to -Maori land boards to inquire into an application for advances and to report to the Board of Native All airs. In the case of an advance for the erection of ft dwelling, plans and specifications are to be such as the board approves, and if the borrower desires the adoption of other plans, he will have to submit tliein to the board, which may reject or approve them. No money advanced is to be paid to the applicant, but all is to be expended as applied by tho board.
