NEEDLE IN THIGH
MISHAP TO YOUNG GIRL An unusual accident befel a young girl, Jean Monds, the 14-vear-old daughter ot Mr. W Monds, of 6 Waitoa Street, Parnell, when she fell on a darning needle yesterday. The needle penetrated the girl's thigh and broke oil'. She was admitted to the Auckland Hospital, where an effort will probably be made to remove the needle to-day.
