BARTER COMPANY
QUESTION OF APPROVAL LONDON, Dec. 20 The announcement that Compensation Brokers, Limited, the company formed for the purpose of trading by barter, was approved by the British and Dominion Governments was premature. The general opinion is that the scheme will be more useful to Britain than to the Dominions.
