AVIATION DEVICE
"BLIND" LANDING RADIO SUCCESSFUL UTILISATION LONDON, Dec. 20 Through the pilots utilising the Loreuz (German) "blind" landing radio beam, two Swiss air liners were the only aircraft to land at Croydon in yesterday's fog. They came down with perfect ease, although they were invisible from the airport buildings. It is understood that Imperial Airways, Limited, has adopted the device.
