LORD JOICEY'S ESTATE HUMBLE START IN LIFE (Received November 23. 0.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 22 The Daily Mail states that Lord Joicey, colliery owner, who died on Saturday, started life as a clerk at £2 a week in his uncle's office. Ho is believed to have left a fortune of between £4,000,000 and £5,000,000.
