BRITISH MILITARY GUARD WITHDRAWAL ARRANGED (Received November *23, 0.." p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Nov. 22 The withdrawal from Addis Ababa will take place to-morrow of the regular guard of one British officer and 20 Sikhs at the British Legation as well as a party of I.'JO officers and men of the Punjab Regiment who reinforced the guard before the Italian occupation of the Abyssinian capital last year. The Italian Government has undertaken to gui'.ranteo the continued safety of the British Legation staff and property.
