LULL IN HOSTILITIES CHINESE STUDENTS' ACTION (Received November 18, 5.5 p.m.) PEKING, Nov. 17 The Suiyuan fronts in Inner Mongolia, where clashes have occurred between Chinese and Japanese troops, were very quiet all day. The casualties :n the fighting to date are estimated at 100. Students at the universities and schools in Peking arc fasting and working in bootless classrooms for a few days in orrler to provide funds for clothing and comforts for the Suivuan trqops.
