A message from Moscow states that the German Ambassador, Herr Selmlenberg, visited the Foreign Minister, M. Litvinoff, and made further representations regarding the arrested Germans. It is stated that M. Litvinoff told Herr Selmlenberg that the majority of those arrested had already confessed.
