VICE-CAPTAINCY QUESTION NO REGULAR APPOINTMENT (Received October 6, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Oct, fi A radio message from the special correspondent of the Australian Associated Press on board the liner Orion, states that the captain of tho English team of cricketers, Mr. G. O. Allen, says there will bo no regular appointment of a vice-captain during the tour. He will nominate his deputy from time to time whenever he stands down.
