NO TIME BOOK KEPT
"His trouble seems to be due mainly to muddling along," said a Labour Department inspector when Victor Tullett was charged in the Magistrate's Court yesterday with failing to keep a wages and time book. The inspector said he called on defendant, who traded as the Worker Printery, on July 16, and fo.und the time book had not been entered up since November 28. Defendant was before the Court for a similar offence in February. A fine of £2 was imposed.
