LICENCE CANCELLED
SENTENCE AT CARTERTON MARRIED MAN IMPRISONED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CARTERTON, Wednesday A married man, Victor Emanuel Rinaldi, was sentenced this morning by Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M., to one month's imprisonment and had his licence cancelled until June, 1937, for being drunk in charge of a motor-car. On a further charge of resisting the police Rinaldi was fined £5.
Leonard Patrick Mills, for driving Rinaldi's car dangerously, was fined £lO and costs, and his licence was suspended for three months. For obstructing the police he was fined £5, and for damaging a cell door, £l.
