HOSPITAL AUXILIARY

FAREWELL PARTY Members of the Mount Eden branch of the Hospital Auxiliary met at tho Mount Eden tea kiosk to bid farewell to their treasurer, Mrs. It. O. Cowie, who with her mother, Mrs. Eraser, will leave by the Tnmaroa, shortly on a holiday trip to England. Bridge occupied the afternoon and during the serving of afternoon tea, tho president, Mrs. Hooton, on behalf of the mombers, presented Mrs. Cowio with a travelling handbag. After the singing of "For She's a Jolly Good Fellow" Mrs. Cowie returned thanks'for expressions of goodwill and tho gift.
